**1. The Website**

1.2 All goods available on this website are provided by CAMO TAC, which will be the contracting party with you when you place an order.

**2. Orders**

2.1 All orders are subject to product availability, and the order price must be confirmed via a “Shipping Notification” email sent to the email address registered with us at the time of your purchase.

2.2 If you wish to order goods that may only be purchased by persons of a certain age, you will be required to declare upon registration on the website that you have reached the legal age for purchasing such goods. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have reasonable grounds to believe you are not legally entitled to order certain goods.

2.3 Under our policy, we are not obligated to issue commercial invoices, only retail receipts are provided.

2.4 All monetary transactions are accepted in USD only.

2.5 Sales and services to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine are currently not supported.

**3. Prices**

3.1 All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) or similar sales tax at the applicable current rate, for which we as the seller are responsible.

**6. Non-Delivery**

6.1 Genuine postal loss is rare. Experience shows that in most cases where buyers report non-delivery, goods have been returned to us as uncollected. Before contacting us regarding non-delivery, please inquire at your local delivery point. If goods are returned to us, we will contact you, and an additional postage and handling fee will be required before the goods can be re-dispatched.
