**Return and Exchange Policy**

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your CAMO TAC product. Returns will not be accepted, and refunds or exchanges will not be provided, if the 14-day period has expired, or if the product is damaged, shows signs of wear, or is stained.

Prior to returning all or part of an order, customers must complete a Return Application Form (click here to obtain) and send it to support@CAMOTAC.com. Returns received without this form will be refused.

Returned items must be in their original packaging with sales tags intact, and the included Return Card must be correctly filled out.

To ensure optimal service quality and secure tracking of returned items/orders, we strongly recommend using international courier services instead of postal mail for returns.

CAMO TAC offers a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering verified manufacturing defects not caused by misuse. This warranty automatically expires after this period.

If part of an order qualifies for a refund, the standard refund policy applies. Shipping costs for non-quality-related issues are borne by the buyer.

If your return meets policy requirements, we will refund the full product amount. Any import duties, shipping fees, and other related charges incurred during the return process are the buyer’s responsibility.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please click here and follow the instructions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including applicable taxes.

**Exchange Policy:**

If you wish to return a product without quality defects or damage to exchange it for another item from our online store (www.camotac.net), you may ship the product back at your own expense. Our quality inspection team will verify that the item complies with the return policy. This process may be delayed due to workload. Upon successful verification, the refund amount will be credited to your personal account as credit points, valid for 3 months and available for use at any time.

CAMO TAC products are meticulously manufactured and guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, negligence, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.

Products purchased from our online store cannot be returned at any physical partner stores.
